Again I'll have to keep this short coz I dont have much time online. Just wanted to let y'all know that we have found a place to stay for the next 3 months in St Kilda. You'll never guess the name of the street our apartment is on.....Lansdowne road!!! I mean, its meant to be. Its a lovely 2 bed apartment in a really nice area of St. Kilda. Its unfurnished but we are renting furniture from this company that does cheap furniture rental. DVD player and all (Sorry Andrew and Ian, prob wont be posting the DVD's home for a while yet...). We are so glad to be moving out of our hostel (Its called the Coffee Palace - we call it the sh*tty palace) and into a place of our own. The job search can start properly then. We met 2 cool Aussie guys the other night so we are heading out with them to celebrate tonight. So the next few weeks will prob be spent exploring this cool city. The night life is great. The shopping is great. The food is great. The weather is fantastic - hot but not too hot. Lauren's friends from college are coming to visit in a few weeks so hopefully we can go on a roadtrip or something. Cant wait. Anyway, keep the messages and emails coming. Just a few specific messages now...sorry dont have time to email individually - hence the purpose of this log. College s - still on for meeting this Thurs? - just coz I'm on the other side of the world doesnt mean I can organise you guys meeting up.
