New York, Night and Day

Date: 18 Dec 2002, 16:05 Place: New York, United States

Mood: Happy and Excited

What a Lovely City, and who says its dangerous?? 3 of us spent an hour or two looking around the upper New York area. First off of the train at the central station ..... station, and once on the street we had to gain our bearings. Didn't take much, look to the right and there was Radio City Music Hall. It was lovely to see even one of the famous landmarks that you see on all of these movies. Then around the corner and a short walk to the Rockerfeller (??? spelling) Centre and the all famous christmas tree. It wasn't as big as what I expected. None the less it looked wonderful and I had a really huge feeling for the spirit of christmas. Time Square next ..... one of the true places that you KNOW you're in New York. There were so many lights and HUGE video screens on the side of buildings that all I wanted was and X-Box and a place to plug it in. After a bit more of a look around the city area we all decided to go home and get ready to tackle the city the next day.
