First trip through Northern Ireland
Date: 13 Sep 2007, 10:28 Place: Enniskillen, United Kingdom
Mood: Happy
On the way to Achill Island, Ireland we stopped at a B&B near Enniskillen, NI. Theresa and I drove from Dundee to Troon, a small village on the west coast of Scotland, and took the ferry to Larne, a village 20 miles north of Belfast. The drive through Belfast was OK, but you couldn't see much. I did like the large hills around it though - much larger and more encompassing than the ones around Dundee. The B&B was nice - we met a couple there from Montrose, Scotland, which is just 20 miles from Dundee.
