I am still a non-smoker believe it or not. I still can not believe I have done it! Mind you the fact that I am 15lb heavier makes me want to start smoking again but I wont. I am not entirely enjoying living in Germany. I hate the food in the restaurants. No one seems to sell Chicken. Everytime I order something it is never what I expect therefore going out just puts me in a bad mood. I have stopped eating out altogether now. I hate the fact that no one seems to speak English I know that most of them do but just play stupid. I find it very expensive here nothing is value for money. The fashion is awful there are no good cloth shops. Mind you I am so fat I can not fit in most clothes. We went to North Carolina to visit Brians family a month ago and I could not even buy any clothes. His family must have thought I was a real fat cow. There is also no where to go to wear nice clothes here in Germany. None of my old clothes fit any more it is all a bit of a nightmare! I have started going to the gym with Brian every morning at 6.30. I have only started this week so fingers crossed I keep going. I have a job. I am working for the same company as I did in the Middle East. I am also self employed now. The hours are longer Mon-Sat If I lived anywhere but Germany this would not be too bad but in Germany most shops shut at 6ish and Sunday everything is closed so it does not give me much chance of getting much done. We have moved in to an apartment near to work with wonderful views of the village and the church. Still not too sure what date the wedding as trying to arrange 2 families on different continents is very difficlut plus Brians schedule is continuously changing but fingers crossed later this year. We have decided on Las Vegas as the location. Mind you I have a lot of dieting to do to be able to fit in my wedding dress. Living here means we get to travel to lots of other European countries and we have had a few weekends away. We went to Prague which was really stunning and last weekend we went to Switzerland which I was not really impressed with. It was really expensive. I am looking forward to going to Amsterdam not too sure when thou. Really thou these are not my favourite sort of places I would much prefer to go and lay on a nice beach somewhere. Mind you we are not going to be here forever only 35 months left then we are hopeing to go to Hondures or Korea, Alabama or Hawaii. I am sure time will fly!
