Some peanut got on my site and changed my updates - so I have stayed away for a while. Well things are in full swing here. We have had an OK start - but not playing consistently well. We had a big win (53-0) two weeks ago vs the team from Galway (Ire) but then played rubbish vs SALE on Sat. This week we travel to Italy to play Calvisano in our first European Cup match.

A big thank you to Charles Mayo and Stephen Young - who as usual - have pointed out numerous spelling and punctuation errors in my diary entry. For many years they have taken much pleasure from doing this. What they do not now - is that I leave the mistakes in on purpose - as I now how much they love correcting me.

They say it is summer here - but I have seen the sun only a few times in the last 3 weeks. I am slightly nervous about what winter is going to bring. My new favourite saying Ive picked up here is - "Where you too Butt?" It is said very quickly. Translation into Aussie lingo - is "Where are you at the moment mate" - basically I say it 300 times a day and the welsh boys - I think - want to kill me.

Last Friday the Management - Coaches, Conditioners, Medical staff etc had a bonding session. It started at 3pm at the club members bar and numerous pubs were listed to attend as the night went on. ...

I hope this finds you all well. Thanks for all those who have called or sent messages to see how things are going. I thought a quick update every now and again – might be appreciated by some and perhaps – deleted by others. I have decided to only send this to the people I know might be interested – so if they think its gay and pay me out – I can tell you to beat it.
