About
Since 1977, I was involved with Habitat policies, in the field of social housing (projects, constructions, management, planning, monitoring) at national level within the public sector.
I has spent 15 years working on poverty policies, conducted initiatives within a local ngo: CIET - Centro Interdisciplinario de Estudios Territoriales (Interdisciplinary Center of Territorial Studies) ciet@cietchaco.org.ar www.cietchaco.org.ar
Much of my practical and research experience is related to, managing, ejecution, monitoring projects, building community involvement with public decisions, community projects in areas such as development, civil participation, conflict mitigation, and NGO support, empowerment of low income organizations.
As independent professional I developed activities related to enviroment, public reform sector, tourism, projects to empower or to support vulnerable groups and also with the last Consultative process of citizen in Argentina about Worldbank Country Assistance Strategy (C.A.S.) 2001-2004 with Ngo working group GT ONG where I am , at present, their National Coordinator , whic aim is related to strengthening the linkage for working together, groups and organisations; different actors (community, governmental sector, private sector); cooperative but independient and critical partnerships with governmets, etc.
Finally, I participated as a manager of a consultative process with population afected by Yacyretá dam in Argentina and Paraguay.
